Step 1
Go to Invoice and select Manual Invoices, Estimates or Recurring Invoices.
Step 2
Click Create button along the search bar.
Step 3
Select/Add a Customer.
Step 4
Under Invoice Items, once you have selected/manually added an item, services or bundle, click the tricolon ( ⁝ ) button to add L2/L3 details for each item.
Step 5
Enter Level II/Level III details by switching tabs.
Step 6
Click Save item detail button.
Step 7
Continue creating an Invoice/Estimate/Recurring Invoice.
