Connecting Your C2X Device

Step 1

Turn on your C2x Device

Click and hold the power button on the side until the lights come on. 

LED Light Indicator

• All LEDs off  - button release to power down
• Red LED on - device starting up / Charging battery
• Red LED off  - fully charged
• Red LED flashing - low battery / Critical low battery
• Blue LED on - bluetooth is connected
• Blue LED  flashing - standby mode / waiting for connect bluetooth or bluetooth is disconnected

Step 2

Open Payments Manager+ App and click Settings

Step 3

Click "Setup a Heartland Compatible device"

Step 4

Click C2X Mobile Pay button

Step 5

• You will reach the C2X Device Setup screen.
• Make sure you C2x is turned on and ready
• Click the blue arrow button

Step 6

IMPORTANT: Bluetooth must be turned on your phone and the C2X must be turned on (blinking blue light)

• The app will search for the C2X device and once it is found you will have an option to click a blue "Connect" button
• Click the blue "Connect" button

Step 7

Click the credential listed and wait until it's successfully connected.

Step 8

CONGRATULATIONS! 
Your C2X device is now connected and ready to use!
