This user manual follows MyAccount format for the navigation side menu. Please contact Support (Heartland Support / Payments Manager+) to enable/disable MyAccount format.
Step 1
From the Metrics Dashboard, go to Settings and select Configuration.
Step 2
Go to Third Party Configuration tab.
Step 3
View the Third Party Configuration App details by clicking the eye icon (👁).
Step 4
Update Third Party Application slide-out modal will appear.
Step 5
Click Disconnect Quickbooks button.
Step 6
Confirmation slide-out modal will appear.
Step 7
Click Yes to confirm QuickBooks disconnection.
A success message will appear confirming QuickBooks disconnection.
Step 8
Click OK.
