This user manual follows MyAccount format for the navigation side menu. Please contact Support (Heartland Support / Payments Manager+) to enable/disable MyAccount format.
Step 1
From the Metrics Dashboard, go to Settings and select Configuration.
Step 2
Go to Third Party Configuration tab.
Step 3
Once you are connected to QuickBooks, view the Third Party Configuration App details by clicking the eye icon (👁).
Step 4
Update Third Party Application slide-out modal will appear.
Step 5
To manually sync data click the Sync button.
*Click here to learn how to automatically sync QuickBooks.
Step 6
NOTE: Do not close or reload the browser as the portal will redirect you to QuickBooks.
You will receive success prompts as shown above if sync has been successful.
Step 7
Click OK.
