Configuration and Authentication
This will not cover how to setup the user’s account on QuickBooks
In connecting the QuickBooks Account to PM+, user needs to have their QuickBooks Account ready and already configured for use. For more information, check out this Intuit QuickBooks Article
If the above is ready, user can now follow this article in connecting your QBO to PM+ integration.
Note: Payments Manager+ need to have proper permission to access the data that are to be synced to and from PM+ and QB. This means PM+ authenticates the access based on the QBO Access level. Preferably, the administrator / owner of the QBO account is used as this has the accepted access level on the APIs that PM+ uses to get the information from QBO and vice versa.
Data Syncing
Read this article to know more on how to sync the QBO data manually to PM+.
Data syncing from PM+ to QBO is triggered automatically after saving the record or doing a payment. User has to make sure that their QBO account is configured properly. Data is synced real time.
Data syncing from QBO to PM+ is triggered with short delay on QBO’s side. Please be advised that data may be synced about 10 minutes (depends on the amount of data being synced) after saving the data on QBO.
Below is the matrix of the data that are synced.
