There are two (2) ways to add partial payment settings to a Payment Link:
1. On New Payment Link creation
2. On Edit Payment Link
ON NEW PAYMENT LINK CREATION
Step 1
From New Payment Link slide-out modal, after populating details needed for the Payment Link, toggle Allow Partial Payments ON.
A minimum amount field will appear when toggled ON.
NOTE: If toggled ON, default value is $1.00 as this field will be required to have an amount set for the customer to pay.
Step 3
Set minimum partial amount. Once done, click Create Payment Link.
NOTE: Setting an amount below $1.00 will not be allowed.
Setting a higher amount than the Payment Link price will also not be allowed.
Step 4
Click OK.
ON EDIT PAYMENT LINK
Step 1
On Edit Payment Link, simply toggle Allow Partial Payments ON and set the preferred minimum partial amount.
A success message will be displayed once changes has been saved.
Step 2
Click OK.
NOTE: You will not be allowed to add a partial payment when Payment Link status is already VIEWED.
